  In terms of the seller's responsiveness: quick to ship, well packaged item, my experience was very positive. The item is, indeed, new with tags, as described in the listing. However, I should have suspected from the very low price on a brand new item with a MSRP of $89 that something was amiss. Although the sweater is very pretty, all cotton, light weight, hand washable and summery - all qualities I was looking for - it was manufactured so poorly as to need immediate mending before wearing.
