  I received the item exactly as described. Good packaging and bundled with a second fan that I also ordered. Really clean and good looking without any issues, fit directly into my server. These were the third set of fans that I ordered, and this seller sold me exactly what I needed. Very good price. Good quality product would buy from again. Can't even tell that they are used.   Even though the fan types matched, they were not suitable for the NAS. He ‘saw’ all three as defective. I contacted the seller, who sent fans of the same type but not the same. The device operates without any problems with them. The seller is extremely positive! If you are looking for a fan for Synology RS-816, he has it! Thank you.
