I don't mind because it's likely just taken out of a laptop/mini pc & resold but it's still misleading. I contacted them about it and sent a message to also redirect the parcel to a new address. The redirect was ignored so it was sent to the wrong address. I received the replacement parcel & it was slightly better packed but broken. Got a full refund instead. Slow shipping.

I contacted the seller, who sent fans of the same type but not the same. The device operates without any problems with them. The seller is extremely positive! If you are looking for a fan for Synology RS-816, he has it! Thank you.
