  I received the item exactly as described. Good packaging and bundled with a second fan that I also ordered. Really clean and good looking without any issues, fit directly into my server. These were the third set of fans that I ordered, and this seller sold me exactly what I needed. Very good price. Good quality product would buy from again. Can't even tell that they are used.   I ordered a replacement cooling fan and the parcel was received very damaged and the fan was definitely used not brand new. I don't mind because it's likely just taken out of a laptop/mini pc & resold but it's still misleading. I contacted them about it and sent a message to also redirect the parcel to a new address. The redirect was ignored so it was sent to the wrong address. I received the replacement parcel & it was slightly better packed but broken. Got a full refund instead. Slow shipping.
