  As pictured and described. Paid 04/27, received 05/20. Tracking and postmark clearly show SELLER NOT TO BLAME, mailed next day after paid. USPS 100% responsible for delay and of course no explanation, no apology. Seller gets stars everywhere, USPS gets a dirtclod.

  Exactly as described. Good price for an patch, and it is in decent shape. Shipping was fast and packaging was fine (it's a cloth patch that came in an envelope, so it would be hard to damage). Five stars.
