This company was super helpful, they emailed me exactly the manner that I needed to proceed within the eBay app, when things didn’t go quite right through the whole electronic return process.     I will start by saying the seller was VERY friendly and wrote me kind responses to my queries. I ordered 2 bottles of the color Linen in the LaMer foundation. The first time my order arrived, both bottles were in the shade Beige. So i reached out told them what happened, they apologized and i decided to order from them AGAIN in the hopes they would get it right. The 2nd order also arrived in the color Beige. Two times in a row, wrong orders sent :(
