  Easy install, just what I needed. I’d use them again if they had what I needed. The shipping worked out, the post office gets the ding for not scanning and updating on receipt of the box. Not the sellers fault in anyway. They were responsive to messages asking about status. All in all a great transaction by the seller.

  Wrong part was accidentally shipped, contacted seller and they immediately sent a refund and paid for return shipping. Shipping was a little slow, but their price can't be beat so overall very happy

  I paid $15.50 for Priority Mail because I need the parts as soon as possible, tool so long for the seller to ship it out, on top of that seller did not shipped it Priority instead seller use Ground Advantage whichnis free. I asked seller to refund the shipping but refuses, seller even lied about ebay policy, ebay stepped in and I got my refund. Now I have a part that I don’t need anymore because we got it faster somewhwere else. Not an honest seller.

  Great seller. However, the item is described and shown as beige color but my "dogs" came black. Apparently Whirlpool has changed the color but they are still OEM as they came in the same branded package. Fixed my washing machine for 5 bucks! Thank you.

  POOR communication and EXTREMELY late delivery (haven't received it yet) are hallmarks of this seller. Even after I cancelled the order, they shipped it the day AFTER the posted delivery date! Sellers like this need to be restricted from selling on eBay. AWFUL customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
