  Fantastic experience buying from Hazel. Communication was clear and punctual. She was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I went in person to inspect the laptop I bought, and was not disappointed. Everything was setup waiting to go ready to inspect. I wanted to be very thorough and came prepared with a check list which she was more than happy to accommodate the time for in order for me to be happy with the purchase. Great value, everything was as described. 10/10 would buy again
