  Overcharged AND sent wrong item. Put up with price gouging since it was the only left, anywhere on the internet. Then, he sends a cheaper, smaller, model. When asked for return/refund, he instead offered yet some more substitutes. The correct model would have fit accessories already purchased for the the unit I'd since worn out. Eventually, a return label was issued, and a refund provided. Feedback would have been negative, but seller tried to make it right. "Thanks for wasting my time."

  There was something wrong with one of the items unfortunately. The seller did not hesitate to send me another item to make sure I would be perfectly happy. In situations like these you will find out with what kind of seller you are dealing. Therefore it is very easy for me to highly recommend this seller! The items were packed very well and the communication was perfect as well. I love the pufferfish lamps, thank you so much!!!

  The description of the item was not accurate. The description indicated that the item was a specific brand that I wanted. In reality it was an unbranded item that was clearly not the quality of the one that I wanted. To the sellers credit, he acknowledged the issue and refunded my money. He did make it right. I think him for that.

  Item is exactly what I expected. Unfortunately shipping time was way longer than advertised. ( advertised 5/22 to 5/27 but arrived 6/3) Also should be more transparent that item is shipped from overseas
