  Package arrived priority mail & in perfect condition. Necklace was secure inside of cardboard box wrapped in layers of bubble wrap inside a plastic jewelry bag. The necklace is beautiful & in perfect condition. Seller was nice enough to reduce price & I am so thrilled to get the necklace as it is one where the photo does not do it justice. It is outstanding as described & I will enjoy wearing it often. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  Very well packaged, items were as pictured and described in new conditions and they were good value for Talbots earrings. Even though the shipping fee was a little higher because they are coming from China, the seller was willing to combine two earrings for one shipping fee. The only problem I have is whoever delivered the item to my house was careless. They dropped the package on the steps next to sidewalk where anyone could've picked it up, instead of delivering at the door like others do.

  Received my package in great condition. Very well packaged and the appearance was amazing! The value was not that expensive and yet the quality was very nice. I am very happy. Originally there was an issue with the Post Office and the seller and I communicated and we settled the matter. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you.

  This item didn’t make it in transit, I received the envelope minus the earrings. The seller was so polite and offered to possibly send another pair if they could find some and ultimately refunded the item, fast resolution and would definitely try to purchase from them in the future.
