When I opened harmonica case, I saw screws loose in the case. The spare parts case was broken, probably in transit due to contact with the heavy harmonica. This caused a dent on the bottom of the harmonica pictured below. I contacted seller and detailed the above situation with pics. They quickly responded and gave me two options- return or partial refund. Seeing as this was a small cosmetic issue I took refund. Good seller. Happy.
