  I purchased a harmonica from this company, but unfortunately the package they sent had the box but it was empty with no harmonica. This has never happened to me before. I contacted the seller and they refunded my payment. By the way the package they sent was not tampered with. Thank you for the return of my money.

  I have made several orders from this company and again an excellent transaction! Fast shipping, as described, very good quality for the price, very fair prices, and excellent communication. I have not had to use customer service as everything I have ordered has been in new, very good working condition. In my opinion they are a 5 Star Seller indeed.   Great value for a full set of harmonicas. They play very nice and come with a padded case....which was needed! Am disappointed with the packaging. It lacked protection for the harmonicas. The harmonica case is enclosed in a plastic wrapper, then the item is shipped in an oversized bubble envelope with very little protection for the case which got tossed around in the envelope during shipping. Harmonicas arrived strewn about in their case. Not good. Would have paid more for better packaging!

  Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of this item arriving no problem, despite of one of the 2 keyboards being the wrong color, I am so appreciative of the seller sending me a refund on the one keyboard, on top of it, said I didn't have to return it, to keep it as a gift, now that's capital in my book, this seller is absolutely great, Thank you ever so very much on this. James
