  This item was ordered and paid for on January 29, ZERO Communication from the vendor except for today February 6th that the item was now going to ship. 9 days is NOT an acceptable lag time to process and package.

  This is the feedback we expect when we get messages such as the one sent by this individual. He has obviously chosen not to or doesn't know how to read the details of a listing. If they had read they would have seen 5 business days. Now granted some people don't understand a business day. It ends at 5pm. and we are eastern time. This order wasn't even in the system until almost midnight. So the first business day was the 30th. Which makes yesterday, the day it shipped the correct, and on time!
