    The coin delivered as described was delivered quickly in a secure triple padded envelope. East Coast hit all the bases in this transaction. The coin is better than what the pictures had shown . In my view it is also under graded by NGC bright and shiny. I will keep this seller on my watch list when looking for other coins to build my collection. They are a five star seller * * * * *
