(Only minor quibble is the lack of tracking: easipack did their bit raising the tracking number and Royal mail delivered it on time it seems but with zero tracking to tell me when to go and collect it.)

I don't think sellers should send similar items unless they contact the buyer to get the yes answer. It would be less stressful. In this instance the seller refunded me and arranged for the big box to be picked up.
