  I had entered the wrong shipping address and it was too late to get it updated in the eBay platform. I sent out a quick message to the Seller and they promptly cancelled the transaction and refunded my money. Excellent customer service and support. I've since reordered the item :)

  Great quality and value. Item received as expected in good condition. Looks clean and nice to the touch. Shipping took a while as expected since I’m ordering from the US. When I reached out to the seller for an update, they provided one within a day or two.

  The item got lost/stalled in transit in China somehow, according to its tracking number, & never left the processing centre. The seller was generous enough to actually check up on the item's tracking status & informed me that it appeared to have been lost, & offered a replacement or a refund. This isn't something that all online sellers typically do with customers all the time, so this gesture was highly appreciated. I settled for a refund & it was processed without any further problems at all.
