  Product arrived in a timely manner, just as described. Product shipped in original packaging, without any external box - I would have preferred if the original box had been over wrapped with brown shipping paper to deter potential thieves, but since I live in a secure building it arrived safely.

  The main white box looks like something to keep, especially with the included box art, unfortunately it was ruined a bit during shipping. Would be better if it was packaged inside another box. The light plastic covering did little to protect it. Also, probably a complaint for wacom, but the velcro circles for each of the 2 inner boxes were not "properly" secured. As in the glue securing them to the box flaps was not enough to package it properly and the paper sides ripped from excess strain.
