Luckily the hair dryer is in a new condition and not affected. Dyson needs to think about protecting the packaging a little better maybe something to do with the two different address labels on the box which clearly confused ParcelForce as the parcel been travelling around the country!

I contacted the seller through ebay as Dyson won't deal with you directly if you purchase through ebay to get this issues resolved. The seller got straight on the problem by ignoring all my messages and doing nothing. Item is ok, but not as advertised, customer service from this seller is non exsistant!
