    wrong item was sent, seller didn't bother to check what they sold me. when returning, the seller wouldn't respond to my questions regarding the return's packaging integrity. I was worried I wasn't going to get a full refund because the box arrived completely damaged with only scraps of it remaining. weeks went by with no response

    I sent you a return label the exact same day you asked to return it, its been 20 days and you still never mailed it back, you also sent me 3 messages within 1 hour today? Yet you accuse me of not responding when that isn't the case at all..
