    Die bestellte Wasserpumpe wurde innerhalb von 14Tagen nicht zugestellt. Mir wurde in zwei Telefonaten versichert, dass die Wasserpumpe im Lager sei und erneut versendet wurde, nachdem angeblich das Sendungsetikett beschädigt wurde. - Gemäß der Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Parket allerdings nur vor angekündigt. Heute erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass die Pumpe vom Postdienst beschädigt wurde. Alles sehr schwer zu glauben und sehr unprofessionell! Schade!

    I guess I won't be buying anything else from you. When received I had to pay UPS 39.05 dollars. Because of are great President that's punishing with his tariffs . And we are paying for it. Thanks anyway gasket looks good.

    Got us back up and running quickly! Greatly appreciated! No expedited shipping option was available, but I messaged the seller after purchasing the last one (so it wouldn t sell out while waiting for response) and they were able to add the expedited shipping with a separate shipping transaction. Ordered on Thursday afternoon, part received Monday morning, Komatsu Trac Hoe back out digging today! Thank you very much!

    shipping was delayed multiple times and the head gasket was bent in the box to the point i dont feel comfortable using it. just going to order another head gasket from somewhere else. parts are in all original cummins packaging as described
