  I specifically required a gas tight taper thread (BSPT), other customers confirmed these fittings met this specific specification. The first delivery went missing (Royal Mail), I contacted the Company whom asked me to raise via ebay. Within an hour the Company contacted me by e:mail with a detailed solution and delivered replacement fittings via 'tracked' DHL as advised within 24hrs. Things go wrong on occasions, it's how companies respond that matters, Duncan Rogers Ltd were excellent.

  There was a small mistake in the item description which meant that I had the wrong part. It was sorted out straight away, foc. Excellent service, excellent communication, quality part well packaged, would recommend.
