    EXCELLENT COMPANY TO BUY FROM!!! When I opened the tub it looked like dried out playdough. Tub had plastic seal around lid but I think the top was a little open. Before bothering the seller I reached out to Absorene co. to see if this was normal. The young lady told me it wasnt and asked where I got it from. I said DTEP. She said that those were really great people at that company! And then took my info to send me a new tub. Supply chain perfection! Thank you

    When I received my order and opened it up and it wasn't correct, but I immediately reached out to the seller and had a wonderful experience. She was sympathetic, and courteous, and immediately offered to refund my money and did. I wish other sellers could take notes on how to his lady runs her business because she's doing it the right way 100% I would use her again even after the mix up. Nothing but respect for this seller!
