    Items arrived on time as scheduled. Packaging could be better as boxes were out of shape. Hopefully bags were not damaged. Advertising should be accurate. I asked for HyClean 3D Efficiency models, as this was what we used before and that was on the photo of the boxes. Actual boxes we have received are HyClean Pure. It may be rebranded but still...

    Quality new Miele part at a good price. Postage was unsatisfactory as it took two weeks to travel from one Melbourne suburb to another. Seller was informed and the delivery finally got back on track. Thank you.

    I cannot fault the items or the company even slightly ! I accidentally brought what I assumed was the wrong item and messaged the company, received a reply within the hour, asked to send through a photo of my vaccum, and confirmed it would fit. Delivery in TWO days !! Communication, check. Product, check. Time for delivery, double check.

    Item seemed to get lost in the mail but seller followed up as soon as I asked where it was and it arrived a couple of days later. Item is brand new and exactly as ordered.
