  The carburetor arrived on time ,however it did not work correctly . I contacted the vendor and was told I had to wait 7 days for a return label . I told them that was unacceptable there post said free shipping and returns no mention of a delay to receive a return label. They responded a full refund and and told me to keep the carb..

  When I received my order through no fault of dsn_parts the package was open during shipping and a number of the items from my order were lost. I contacted their customer service dept. and they responded right away and issued me a 50% refund. To me that is top notch service and they should be commended for their work. Thanks again dsn_parts I'll do business with you again someday!
