  I haven’t tried the shampoo, but the shipping is with an authorized signature (it should say so in the description), and I wasted a whole day trying to pick up the product at three UPS locations and never received a solution until today when I returned to another location and was able to pick it up, and the box was almost open.

  Excellent eBayer. Fast shipping but not sure why it was sent needing a signature for shampoo. Had to pick up at a UPS store.

  Ordered weeks ago for a trip. Seller never shipped and never messaged me to let me know. Waited weeks only to see my order was never sent. I messaged the seller and was ignored. Had to submit a claim and wait to fight for a refund. So, NO product, NO courtesy message and held my money for weeks. Very surprising coming from a big company.

  I received the package today. It’s too bad that it required a signature, as I had a tough time receiving it and staying home all day. I missed UPS twice already, and today was the third attempt. I’m glad I’m home from work, because if I weren’t, the product would have been returned to the seller. I haven’t tried the product yet, but I’ll probably start using it this coming week.
