  Condition of stamps is good and as described with accurate scan. Price reasonable for the item. Packing okay, no shipping invoice included which should be required by eBay. The PNC- 5 coil was wrapped in clear baggie type material and then taped with clear tape making it difficult to extract the coil of stamps from the packing. I give the seller a positive review as the stamps are in P.O. Fresh Condition and arrived okay.

  The stamps arrived and were just as described, the dealer had packaged them well and provided USPS tracking which is extremely helpful I would recommend this dealer to others without question.
