    Excellent communication. Smooth transaction. Item was as described. Arrived clean. Had to communicate some details and seller was understanding. No issues and straightforward communication. I wish that had been the case with the others. . I had asked this seller to pack the item well (had purchased it twice from sellers who were so negligent). Item arrived so nicely packaged.     Hi, the item came on time and everything... the only reason I am giving this seller 4 stars instead of 5 is because he was very responsive, answering my questions at first... and then once I purchased the item I suddenly realized this might not actually be the correct filter for my air purifier, so I contacted him to confirm and he never responded. It seemed like once I had made the purchase, he didn't feel the need to continue to communicate with me since he had already made the sale?
