  who knows anything about the item. Supposedly US company in North Carolina. One week after order and still not even shipped contacted seller 4 times why it's not shipped. This is a company selling numerous items not an individual. Their first excuse answer was that they take five weekdays to even ship. Now even after that they still haven't shipped and didnt answer after third contact and lied that they ship in 5 days. Worst ever seller Ive dealt with in 20 years on Ebay.. Don't buy from them.

  Well, we never said we have 5 days handling time, we said we have 5 business days handling time, if you don't understand that or can't count the business days, then it is your problem. Check the tracking details, it has been shipped on 5th business day. We work with a supplier and it's their policy that we have to follow.
