    The product I ordered was lost in shipping. When I contacted the seller he communicated back and forth with me and eventually sent a replacement package. The original package finally arrived two weeks after ordering and within a few days the replacement arrived which I sent back to him per his instructions. The original package exterior was damaged but it appears the cartridges are OK as I placed one into service and it is working fine. I do not believe it was the sellers fault for the delay

    Super understanding seller. Had an issue with UPS then USPS not delivering to my address even though eBay forced me to use physical instead of PO box. Seller was responsive and agreed to make the situation right with lightning speed. Would buy again.
