  Packaging was extremely good, item was as described. The described damage in the listing was easily repairable and I ended up with an amazing scope for a very good value. Shipping cost was low for a box this big too. Very happy with this scope and many thanks to this seller.

  Item was exactly as described. Item (a CRT) was fragile but was packed very thoroughly and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was prompt and very reasonably priced given the bulk of the package. Would do business again, thanks!

  Overall 5/5, would definitely buy from this seller again. Seller responded quickly to all communication. Because of my university mailroom having issues the package was returned to sender, the seller re-shipped it free of charge. Item was well packaged. There was one loose nut causing the magnetic stirring feature to not function, I'm guessing this was due to the item being shipped across the country three times. I tightened the nut and the item works perfectly.
