  Purchased item was mistakenly not shipped correctly. Seller immediately took responsibility for the mistake and set about in an effort to correct his mistake. While the delay cost me some shop time, I can appreciate someone who makes a mistake, admits same and then works to make it right. Who among us, myself included, doesn’t make mistakes? The key is what you do about it. I would recommend this seller and if given the chance I would do business with him again.

  Love the set of coffee cups they are perfect and arrived intact and were just as described and a great value for the price. The cups were packaged correctly and I am now enjoying coffee in the right sized cup for any occasion.

  Unbelievably there was A HOLE IN THE FRONT OF THE BOX. I couldn't believe it. The seller took full photos of ALL the sides EXCEPT the FRONT. NOW I KNOW WHY. Seller 100% tried to hide damage and claimed they did nothing wrong.
