I contacted the seller on multiple occasions and had no response had to ask ebay to step in and they still did not respond to them either. Our shop was out of access due to some serious problems and we received couple of orders during this period and we even didn't know about it.We are happy to that our customers are being refunded from Ebay. After contacting Ebay various times finally we got our shop back and now selling again.We again sorry about that, we can understand how frustrating it can be . Thank you!
