This time I have to compliment customer service as well! Item I received had a faulty remote control unit. After getting in touch with suppler I received replacement remote. The whole process took less then 10 days and replacement remote was travelling express from China! Thank you very much and well done Duok!!

This was my second purchase from Douk and I've been thoroughly impressed on both occasions. Great vendor!
