  Had not recieved my parcel and contacted this seller. They contacted to courier, found out my parcel had been damaged and organised a resend straight away which i recieved 3 days later. Kept me posted the whole way through with updates. Was very communicating and helpful. Would definately reccommend this seller.

  After a dud one was delivered (these things do happen) on contacting customer support and after several days and a few emails, a new (working one) was despatched and arrived within a few days. Apart from the beginning but I am happy with the outcome. Can only give a 5 star review as they sorted out the problem ASAP 👍

  Excellent speed of dispatch, arrived very well packaged. Part was exactly as described and it fitted easily with no hassle. This was excellent value for money for a new component, which looked perfect. I would gladly buy from this seller again.

  Unfortunately on unpacking the heater it was damaged on arrival, contact the supplier & they got back to me straight away, this issue was dealt with straight away, put fuel in the heater & it fired up straight away & worked as it should very happy with this transaction
