  Upon receipt, the model semaphore was exactly as the photos depicted. I wanted this offering because it was a complete set-up and reasonably clean; all components were as represented. I have not yet tested the toy but am certain I can make it function as it was designed 70 years ago. Shipping was quick and reasonable with careful protective packaging. I'm very satisfied.
