  There is a little chip off the top-left corner of the frame, but I don’t really seem to mind. The rest of the item’s condition is great! The item itself was surrounded by bubble wrap and was carefully packaged to prevent any major damages, and the shipping time was also amazing!

  It won't let me leave negative feedback but the package never arrived at least it's not in my mailbox which could be a delivery error but the two pictures are of my empty mailbox on my front door.

  It was just mailed 2 business days ago and was not expected yet, so we are confused as to the rush to leave negative comments. It is still within the delivery window, but the customer didn't even allow us to respond or give time for the carrier to deliver before leaving this comment. The delivery confirmation shows delivered, and it sometimes takes a few days after that based on our experience with other customers. Thank you, and have a great day.
