When I asked for extra pictures of the box, I got a very fast response which was great and helped a lot. Hopeful Heart bear arrived perfectly on time and was packaged very well, with bubble wrap for extra protection and even a thank you note! She arrived looking exactly as pictured and was such a good price for a 2021 care bear. Hopeful Heart bear looks happy to be in her new home! Thanks so much to the seller for the great experience!
