I reached out to be_kind and was told that what was sent had the same specs as what was ordered. The unit set up was flawless and is operational. The unit was delivered nicely bundled with all parts. Be aware that the C3510zx is a little difficult to configure on the Centurylink network because it uses a different GUI Setup from other Centurylink modems. Its configuration looks different than other centurylink modems. I had to contact Centurylink Tech support to walk me through the setup (& I have set up many modems). Centurylink Tech support was great. I recommend this modem. I recommend this seller!
