  The shipping was great. Arrived faster than expected delivery date. Packaging was very nice. Item was exactly as described, but was my fault for not reading full description. Value was a pricey, but I wanted the best. Stain resistant, durable, and good quality.

  The doors arrived 10 minutes ago. The packaging is damaged as well as the rail the doors hang upon and move along. I don’t think the rail is usable in this condition. The packaging was undone. The one strip of tape was completely undone and only a strap of tape around the middle of the box was holding it closed.

  Item marked as delivered but never arrived at my apartment complex, which has a package concierge person to receive all mail, so there’s no way it could have been lost if it had ever made it to my address. The tracking info doesn’t list my address anywhere, so I don’t know how it was marked as delivered. I tried to reach out to the seller for proof of shipment to the correct address but did not get a response.
