    Great seller; would buy from again. Item was new as advertised and factory-packaged. A tiny part was broken in transit but it wasn't an issue and had no effect on performance. Seller accepted my offer which made this a great deal/value. Looks a lot nicer -- and runs a LOT quieter -- than my decade-old TopFin.

    Item was damaged by fedex and this seller was there to help me every step of the way. They replied promptly to all of my messages. Two weeks later into my move, I still got a prompt reply and a full refund for my damaged part. Thank you so much. Will be buying from this seller any chance I get!

    The item was indeed unopened and brand new in the box which is all I really cared about. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they sent my item to me in the box it comes in instead of putting it in another box, so it got really beat up in shipping. But the item in the box were all still in perfect condition and everything seems to look really nice and be good quality. I’d say it was worth it for the price I paid.
