  Seller sent WRONG item. Was NOT what they advertised, was wrong power supply for my unit. I took pics of what they sent me, which was NOT what they adverised. After threatening eBay intervention they said send it back. Said I would be reimburse for my return postage. They did NOT reimburse return postage and stonewalled me / did not return my messages for return postage. Worst customer service I've ever had on eBay!!

  Nice people to deal with! had a little problem with the drive and they responded instantly and resolved my issue. I would buy from them again. Delivery was a little slow (I'm in Canada) but not slow enough to prevent me buying again one day.

  Item listed as new, unopened and shown in manufacturer’s packaging. Item received in plain cardboard box with handwritten text in Sharpie. Contacted seller and they responded “don’t bother us”.

  Seller messaged me out of nowhere and called me a deadbeat because I didn’t leave feedback quick enough for them. Made an excuse that their “boss” was asking why I hadn’t yet. Also way overcharged me for shipping in a bubble envelope. Here’s some feedback for you. Don’t insult your customers.
