  Not brand new in open packaging as listing claimed. What a flagrant lie as this item has obvious wear and damage to wires, along with being packaged in a bag labeled "trash". To add to the professionalism, the item had "same day shipping", but was not shipped until an entire week later while I urgently needed the part to repair my washer for my large family that needs clean clothes. The response from the seller upon returning the item is "the trainee will be retrained"... Own your own mistake!

  BUYER BE WARE! Received item with the plug in area broken. contacted seller and sent pictures showing the damaged area .They said pictures were not clear enough so I sent them a clear picture of the damaged area. Did not recontact me after that. E-bay had to step in and settle this.
