  It's brab new shape its exactly what seller said it was.it was package very well Against damage(only 1 hole in the box but that wasn't sellers fault) it was done by fed ex. Seller was great and sent me 2 or 3 text to let me know when it was shipped and estimated arrival.

  Wonderful experience with this seller. This is the best drum/guitar stool for the money by far!! Everything was perfect as described. Their customer service is 2nd to none. When I had a shipping issue they rectified it immediately, and were extremely courteous and understanding. Will definitely by from this seller again. I gave them a 5 star rating but they really deserve a 10 star rating!!!

  On point and on time! Seller's description was accurate and well communicated. It's arrived undamaged in reasonable packaging. Product appears blemishless in all ways and looks fantastic. The condition seems unused even though the listing stated refurbished. The price was very reasonable considering the value and quality of the product. I have another just like it and it has performed flawlessly for years even under heavy load. Great seller great product! :)

  The people at Donner Music refurbished are excellent people!! The wrong item got delivered to me and they were very professional and accommodating and sent out the specified item I ordered immediately. The people that I dealt with all were polite and understood my disappointment and resolved the issue without any problems. Will definitely buy from this company again!!

  Really nice very good quality alto saxophone - especially at this price point. Even the cleaning kit, strap, and mouthpiece are really nice. Shipping took about a week coast-to-coast. Item was packed well and arrived safe. I've bought items from Donner before, and you really get good quality products for your money. Highly recommend. Great seller.
