  Donner shipped out the guitar quickly, however UPS was not. UPS claimed it was being delivered 4 different days. The box was badly damaged and repacked. Guitar was ok miracle. Contacted Donner regarding issue and input jack issue on guitar. They were great. Guitar finish perfect, even good fret ends and intonation and sounds good. Donner also is looking into my delivery issue and their description on the listing I suggested. Great seller.

  I love this seller! This is my second purchase. The guitar did take a while to get here, but it is FedEx. Such poor communication and slow shipping. However, shipping was free so, I can't complain too much. The guitar was exactly as described, an awesome price, works as expected and I highly recommend this seller. The item is new and it looks cool, small, comes with a case and has so many extras. I like the color better than I thought I would. .

  The seller emailed immediately to confirm the purchase and advise they were available for any questions or issues. I probably received 3-5 emails advising about the process after ordering until delivery-The item arrived ahead of schedule and was very well packaged, with each part in an individual box tightly placed within a larger box to prevent movement during transit. The items were in perfect condition upon arrival. The item was well worth the cost.Assembly instructions could be better.

  sent from New Jersey, but listing said California. I like to buy local. supply packaging was damaged, but supply was in good shape and worked. These are good power supplies(donner). Seller is communicative.

  This is an outstanding seller. The pace they sent me stopped working. Not their fault. I communicated the issue and they asked for a reasonable proof and then sent me a new working unit at their cost. I don’t normally go into this much detail for feedback, but this was above and beyond in my opinion. I wish I could give them six stars.
