  When the box with the two ceramic lamps arrived, they were broken (shattered) beyond repair. This was due to extremely poor packing--they had been lightly wrapped and bounced around in the box during shipping. Fortunately, the seller quickly agreed to refund my money, which I have received, and apologized for the mistake. So, the seller can be trusted to treat purchasers fairly. This experience suggests that a purchaser should ask how fragile items will be packed by all sellers.
