  Sadly, this transaction ran into a glitch. So why a positive experience note. Simple, a honorable seller. The seller contacted me on the day they were preparing to package the item informing me that there had been an accident in the warehouse damaging the item. After apologies, an explanation that they don't release damaged items, they offered to exchange the item for a more expensive offering. Trust and respect. Thank you.
