  Great seller with excellent communication. I bought this flex straw cap as the hydro flask I had only had a fixed lid and I wanted the ease of drinking from a straw on the go. It was packaged carefully and dispatched quickly. It was exactly as described and good value for money. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future. The only thing that let it down was the Evri delivery. Should have delivered on the Weds but didn’t appear until the Fri and then didn’t follow instructions

  The bottle arrived promptly although the packaging was not much protective to bumps. The item had a competitive price yet did not arrive in a condition as described. The good news was that the seller responded promptly and solved the issue by offering a partial refund. Overall this was a happy ending.

  6 x Duralex 200ml, 'Provence' drinking glasses. Without filling mark. Used. Arrived very promptly & entirely intact, despite no packaging other than the manufacturers box inside a bag - which I suppose proves how resilient Duralex glasses are! Despite being described as 'used', they were perfect, other than the tatty box, which is irrelevant to me & was clearly shown in the photos on the listing. Great value and, in my experience, an entirely trustworthy seller. Thank you.
