  The item was clean, pristine, and packaged securely. Unfortunately, the PSU I received was not the item listed in the description and therefore I had to return it. The seller was more than understanding and was willing to accept a return. This is a great seller.

  The item arrived safe and sound. However, two critical parts were missing for it to be useful. I searched through the packing and did not find them. I reviewed the original description, and they were not mentioned or in the images provided. I should have paid more attention. Since the manufacturer discontinued this item, I could not find any replacement parts. I plan to make a replacement.
