  Shipping was bad due to postal service, not the seller. A seller can’t predict time till delivered because of weather, USPS tracking info etc. Finally received it a week after expected date but still shows in transit. Packaging was as expected. Doll was as described. Was a good value. The overall buying experience was positive.

  Seller took the time to show me photos of a defect she found just as she was getting ready to ship, and she also was prompt and courteous in messaging me and issuing a refund when the package didn't arrive after the latest date, being lost in the mail. This is a seller I'd buy from again since I know if something goes wrong, she'll make it right
