  Order placed September 25th with a promise of delivery that was not met. Seller finally refunded for two out of three items and kept over $18.00 so we have to open a case with eBay. The seller insisted that we return the late items, which we STILL have not received, and they said we have to pay for return shipping. Buy something from them? And you may have to deal with this. This seller does not belong on eBay.
